KPMA to challenge anti-trust watchdog

The Korea Pharmaceutical Manufacturers Association (KPMA) said Monday that it will make opposition against the Fair Trade Commission (FTC) in protest of penalties the anti-trust watchdog issued against the KPMA involved in Korea Veteran Hospitals’ drug ender.

Last Sunday, the FTC fined the KMPA 5 billion won for the latter’s unfair business practice.
