KPMA fined for fair trade violations
The Korea Pharmaceutical Manufacturers Association (KPMA) has been fined for threatening sanctions on its member companies over their attempts to supply extremely low-priced drugs to five national hospitals under the Korea Veterans Health Service (KVHS).
