Pfizer Korea to cut labor for restructuring

Pfizer Korea is undertaking large-scale restructuring in an effort to cope with the government’s decision to slash drug prices.

The company said that it will soon accept applications from 80 employees including mid-ranking managers for an early retirement program (ERP). The management and labor union agreed to reach an agreement on ERP details such as the scale and conditions soon.
