FTC to block unfair business practices at pharmaceutical firms
The Fair Trade Commission (FTC), which announced a set of guidelines on Wednesday, reviewed any unfair business deals from 429 contracts made between pharmaceutical firms in 2010.
Under the FTC’s recommendations, companies are advised to promote fair business practices while prohibiting the handling of competitive products and requirement of minimum sales volume.
