Handok Pharm to set up JV with Teva

Handok Pharm Monday said in its regulatory filing that it joined hands with Teva, a global generic drug maker, to establish a joint venture for drug logistics business.

Handok will hold a 49 percent stake in the joint venture called ‘Teva Handok’ with the remaining to be owned by Teva.
