Kunwha to appoint foreign directors
Kunwha Pharmaceutical said Tuesday it will newly appoint five directors and one auditor from the U.S. based Alvogen in a special shareholder meeting to be held on Dec. 13.
Last month, Alvogen acquired a 50.5 percent stake in Kunwha through a combination of new shares issued by Kunwha to Alvogen and the acquisition of shares owned by Mr. Chang Hong-sun, Kunwha´s Chairman and related parties.
