Baikje eyes drug hospital, logistics business

Baikje Pharm unveiled its plan to venture into hospital and drug logistics business to create synergy when combined with the existing pharmacy business.

The company said Wednesday it has appointed as its managing director, Lee Dong-geun, ex-manager of Daewoong Pharmaceutical.

Lee will take charge of the local hospital business he has spearheaded at the large pharmaceutical firm.
