A group of scientists at Yonsei University have found a mechanism of acquired resistance to EGFR (epidermal growth factor receptor) tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKI) in non–small cell lung cancer (NSCLC)., a discovery which accelerate development of a novel EGFR related medicine.
