Pfizer Korea files suit against Hanmi

Pfizer Korea has filed a patent suit against Hanmi Pharmaceutical Co., claiming the latter’s Viagra generic Palpal tablets imitated the design of blue magic pill.

The court should ban the manufacturers from making the affected drug and order them to recall and destroy the products, Pfizer Korea said.
