Plans aims to help patients’ rights

Aimed at protecting patients’ rights fully, the government yesterday published a guidebook that can be easily adopted in all medical facilities.

Under the guideline, patients’ personal information cannot be shared with others, unless otherwise specified by the medical law. Their medical information should be kept for at least 10 years.
