Lipitor tablets getting smaller

Pfizer Korea announced Thursday that the Korea Food and Drug Administration has approved smaller sizes of Lipitor (atorvastatin) 10 mg, 20 mg, 40 mg and 80 mg, which will be available from next year.

Therefore, smaller round tablets will replace the existing oval shaped tablets across the range of strengths for atorvastatin.
