Pharmacist manpower supply and demand unbalanced after medical reform program.

Since the medical reform program launched in July last year the pharmacist's manpower supply and demand has shown extremely unbalanced in which new pharmacists preferred to retail pharmacy jobs rather than the jobs working at drug industries, hospitals and public administration areas whereas quite a number of hospital, industrial and public administrative working pharmacists left their jobs.
