Ferring’s inflammatory bowel disease drug approved

Ferring Pharmaceuticals Korea, the Korean subsidiary of European based Ferring BV, on Friday had its anti-inflammatory drug against Crohn’s disease approved.

The Korea Food and Drug Administration on Friday authorized Ferring’s sustained release drug “Pentasa (mesalazine).”
