Bayer/Hanil M&A talk, rootless rumour?

An M&A news between Bayer and Hanil Pharm. Co. that was rumored quite often recurred in the pharmaceutical community and the stock exchange street recently with keen interests.
The rumour originated and grounded from the fact that on Mar. 17th the top and the second majority shareholders sold out their shares in a massive volume, thus the ratio of their stake being sharply down.
