Daewoong Pharmaceutical Co. was the nation's most monthly active drug maker during the first quarter, with its per-capita sale topping the list among 52 listed pharmaceutical firms, except Kolon Life Sciences and Hwail Pharma.

Sales per capita are defined by the total number of employees divided by the total sales to determine the sales force of each drug maker.
