KPA seeking to settle pricing difference issue

The Korean Pharmaceutical Association plans to deal with the price differences of pharmaceuticals within April as the prices of 6,506 drugs given on the National Health Insurance scheme will fall by 14 percent on average from April 1.

For example, Dong-A Pharmaceutical’s Lipinon, a drug to treat cardiovascular diseases, will be priced at 665 won per pill, down from the current 835 won.
