70% of pharmaceutical firms fared worse in 2011: Data

Twenty five of the nation's leading 35 drug firms performed worse last year than in 2010, as the government punished both distributors and medical personnel if the latter is found to have received a “rebate” or kickback while purchasing medicines from the former, data showed Sunday.
