Government to fix drug management fee at 470 won per visit

From next January, pharmacy’s drug management fee will be fixed at 470 won per visit, and dispensing fee for more than two-day prescription will slightly rise, according to the Ministry of Health and Welfare.

Under the new dispensing scheme, a pharmacy can claim 470 won for the prescription of 1-6 days to compensate the loss of reduced dispensing charge amounting to 77 billion won.
