Revision of Pharmaceutical Affairs Law hits snag

A bill to revise the Pharmaceutical Affairs Law, designed to allow the sale of painkillers and cold medicines at convenience stores, is unlikely to be endorsed within this year as lawmakers from the Grand National Party and the largest opposition Democratic Party have recently agreed not to lay the bill before the preliminary session on November 21.
