Unfair Claim expanded on business suspending 1 year

Period of service suspension according to unfair claim of healthcare institutions has been increased from 90 days to 1 year, and standards of penalty levy has been intensified to 4~5 times of total amount of unfair claim.

Ministry of Health and Welfare announced that 'the revised Enforcement ordinance and regulations of Medical protection law' covering the above will be enforced in July.
