11,516 households face hard times from rising health insurance premium

A total of 11,516 households living on leases in Seoul alone have shouldered additional burden of average 8,356 won on monthly health insurance premium in the first quarter due to rising “jeonse” or “wolse” prices, when compared to that seen two years earlier, according to Rep.
