Is Pfizer neglecting recall of defected Caverject injection?

Pharmaceutical giant Pfizer is accused of its failure in recalling about 81 lots of anti-impotence shot Caverject because of the potential for defective needles, inviting criticism from domestic pharmacists.

The accusation comes at a time when some doctors have still prescribed Caverject injection.
