Pharmacists say monopoly on OTC drugs needed to ensure public safety
The Ministry of Health and Welfare decided yesterday to reclassify 44 over-the-counter (OTC) medicines as quasi-drugs that can be purchased anywhere, such as convenience stores and supermarkets.
