Medical bills for tuberculosis patients will go down

The medical costs that individuals will have to shoulder for treatment of tuberculosis will go down thanks to the government’s plan to combat the disease, the Ministry for Health, Welfare and Family Affairs said recently.

Under the plan, people suffering from tuberculosis will have to pay 50 percent of medical bills from next month.
