Regional wholesalers seeking to lower card fee

There is a growing consensus in Pusan that wholesalers and pharmacies should join hands to reduce unreasonably high plastic card commission fee.

Wholesalers have complained that plastic card companies are charging too much service charges, usually at 3.5 percent.
