Dong-A crowned as top drug maker

Dong-A Pharmaceutical has boasted the highest annual revenue in Korea’s competitive pharmaceutical market for the last 40 years. But last year, the company’s market leadership was being challenged by rival Green Cross whose net profit jumped 267 percent in the first half of 2010 from the same period last year.
