Pfizer Korea’s Neurotain import suspended

The Korea Food and Drug Administration announced Tuesday that it notified Pfizer Korea of its ruling to have Pfizer Korea suspend its importation for Neurotin (gabapentin) 600 mg tablets for one month (February 1-28) due to mix-up of foreign materials in packages.

KFDA officials said Pfizer Korea failed to observe KGMP standards thereby inviting such punitive dispositions.
