Civic group to file petition over OTC sales in supermarkets

About 50 civic groups including Health and Welfare Assembly (HWA) are joining hands to press ahead with a campaign for the sale of over-the-counter drugs at convenient stores.

These groups will file a petition to the Anti-Corruption & Civil Rights Commission, demanding the health ministry allow the sale of OTC drugs at supermarkets and convenient stores.
