MSD Korea fined 50 million won for illegal ads

The Korea Food and Drug Administration said Wednesday that it has fined 50 million won on MSD Korea for illegal advertisements of Singulair tablets, prescription drug, towards the general public in hospitals using a pamphlet. The maximum fine for an advertisement violation is 50 million won.
