Korea to revise Pharmaceutical Affairs Law on rebate ban

Starting on December 13, the newly revised Pharmaceutical Affairs Law will stipulate that doctors will be subject to imprisonment for up to two years or face fines of up to 30 million won if found to have taken benefits from drug companies, the Ministry of Public Administration and Security said Thursday.
