Lee Kwan-soon named as Hanmi’s president

Hanmi Pharmaceutical Co. Tuesday named Lee Kwan-soon, incumbent R&D chief as its new president.

The appointment comes after ex-president Lim Sun-min offered to resign due to poor performance in sales this year.

Lee joined Hanmi in 1984 and served as head of the company’s Laboratory. He was promoted to President of R&D Headquarters last January.
