Female patients suffering from uterine myoma showing gradual increase for past 5 years

The National Health Insurance Corporation (NHIC) says that the number of female patients being treated for uterine myoma has increased by 21 percent over the past five years.

In 2005, 190, 500 women had their uterine myoma treatment covered by their health insurance, a 21.1 percent rise from 237,000 in 2009.
