Formulation of oriental medicines to be available only by manufacturer in October

The government says the formulation of oriental medicines should be allowed to manufacturers from next month, as part of its efforts to ensure better quality of the drugs and establish their sound distribution order here.

Under the newly revised regulation, wholesalers or importers of oriental medicines should not engage in the manufacture, except for distribution.
