KFDA nods Amosartan as first-line antihypertensive drug

The Korea Food and Drug Administration approved the homegrown anti-hypertension combination drug “Amosartan” as a first-line drug in patients with more than moderate hypertension (systolic blood pressure; more than 160 mmHg, diastolic blood pressure; more than 100 mmHg), Hanmi Pharm said on July 8.
