Korea to adopt EU GMP regulations

The Korea Food and Drug Administration says it would redraw some of the country’s detailed GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards to the European Union’s GMP.

“EU GMP regulations are defined in a more comprehensive and understandable manner,” a KFDA official said.

“It is also indispensible for Korea to join PICS.”
