Raw material GMP system in inactive status

The current GMP (good manufacturing practice) regulation for raw materials is yet to be activated under the current drug master file (DMF) system, according to the Korea Food and Drug Administration.

Under such circumstances, the drug agency is considering expanding the scope of the DMP system to ensure effective control of raw materials.
