Rebate-taking doctors, pharmacists to face punishment

Doctors and pharmacists who receive what are widely known as rebate from pharmaceutical firms in return for prescribing more recommending their products will face a maximum prison term of two years or a fine of up to 30 million won or have their license suspended for up to a year.
