Sang A to sell out by public tender in July.

The major creditors of Sang A pharmaceutical company such as the Korea Asset Management Corporation (KAMC) and the Korea Development Bank (KDB) had a creditor's meeting last month and appointed Woobang, a law firm and KPMG.FSI, an M&A consulting company, as their financial counselors. They decided to sell out Sang A Pharmaceutical company in an M&A arrangement via a public bidding.
