Government to run 24-hour emergency care system

Aimed at reducing the nation`s death rate of emergency patients suffering from cardiac arrest, cerebrovascular disease and burn from the current 33 percent to 25 percent by 2012, the government has recently announced a three-year plan to advance its emergency medical services.
