Government to evaluate quality of oriental medicines

The Korea Food and Drug Administration said it will evaluate the raw materials contained in oriental medicines, including Dong-A Pharm’s Stillen, to ensure their quality, following verification work of SK Chemicals’ Joins.

The drug agency said a total of 57 Stillen generics have been approved but are yet to be marketed due to patent blocks.
