Drug advertisement layouts decline last year

The number of drug ads layouts last year totaled 932 cases, down 77 cases from the previous year, according to the Korea Pharmaceutical Manufacturers Association.

The association said the declining trend for drug ads was attributed to the global financial crisis last year, while ads for renowned or old drugs were active.
