CTCBIO to file appeal against Korean Intellectual Property Tribunal ruling
A local biopharmaceutical company challenged December 28 decision by the Korean Intellectual Property Tribunal to disapprove of its anti-obesity related patent right.
CTCBIO said it wouldn't accept the decision.
