FTC announces new fair trade code

The Fair Trade Commission has recently released a fair trade rule based on the agreement signed by the Korea Pharmaceutical Manufacturers' Association, together with the Korean Research-based Pharmaceutical Industry Association, a group of multinational drug makers operating in the country.
