Low turnout expected for KPA chairman election

The voter turnout of the Dec. 10 Korean Pharmaceutical Association Chairman election will likely be down at 60-something percent given the increased public apathy to the heated election atmosphere.

Generally, when it is more difficult to predict a winner due to neck-and-neck competition, the turnout rate tends to go up, and vice versa, according to pharmaceutical sources.
