FTC approves promotional meetings overseas

The Fair Trade Commission’s recent recognition on promotional meetings to be held at the headquarters of foreign pharmaceutical companies has invited criticism from the local industry.

Critics say it's not fair for FTC to apply different standards to local and foreign firms as some foreign companies hold such a meeting to avoid accounting procedures in Korea.
