Sales of domestic pharmaceutical firms up 20% in October

The combined sales of the nine major domestic pharmaceutical manufacturing firms in October marked a growth rat of more than 20 percent from the same month of last year, according to market analysts.

Boosted by robust sales of flagship generic products, Chong Kung Dang Pharmaceutical and Dong-A Pharm posted conspicuous growth rates by 43.2 percent and 34.7 percent, respectively.
