Government to scrap 1,104 medicines containing asbestos
The government said it has ordered drug makers to scrap 1,104 medicines confirmed to have used talc contaminated with asbestos within this month, according to the Korea Food and Drug Administration.
The drug agency said the scrapping procedures will be made by a typical sampling method in the presence of civil officials.
