Patent office mulls compulsory license over Tamiflu

The Korea patent office said on September 1 it is willing to consider taking a compulsory measure that stops the patent period of Tamiflu, when the Ministry of Health, Welfare and Family Affairs declares a state of emergency regarding the virus spread and ask the office to do such action.
