Insurance drug price screening procedures to be overhauled

The Ministry of Health, Welfare and Family Affairs said the current price screening procedure will be modified in such a manner that results of the economic effectiveness of new drugs will be directly informed to the National Health Insurance Corporation and the health ministry as well, via the Health Insurance Review and Assessment Service.
