In an enforcement of the government's new medical reform program the government undertook an intensive supervisory activity focused on any illegal practices at pharmacies. As a result, many pharmacies have encountered their business damages from the government inspection largely due to poor familiarity of the administrative and penal clauses contained in the new pharmaceutical affairs law.
